Abstract: | This study’s aim is to evaluate the employee job satisfaction of private bank in Myanmar. The study will also lead to the understanding of the physical working environment, psychological working environment, social working environment, job security and employee benefits along with their relationship that are related to the employee job satisfaction. The independent variables (IV) in this study physical working environment, psychological working environment, social working environment, job security and employee benefits. Employee job satisfaction is dependent variables (DV). Qualitative research method was used for the collection of the data in this research. For quantitative method, a total of 161 respondents which included 69 males and 92 females who currently working at private bank in Myanmar took part in the research. The participants completed the survey questionnaires with five point likert scale. For sampling method in this research used judgement sampling, quota sampling and snowball sampling. The data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation. Results showed no relationship between independent variables (physical working environment and psychological working environment) and dependent variables (employee job satisfaction). However, result showed that between social working environment, job security and employee benefit and employee job satisfaction have positive relationship. |
