Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ศึกษา การรู้การเข้าใจ ความคาดหวัง ทัศนคติ และ พฤติกรรมของกลุ่มเจเนเรชั่นวายที่มีผลต่อการใช้สื่อโทรทัศน์และเฟซบุ๊ก โดยวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการศึกษาลักษณะต่าง ๆ ของการรู้การเข้าใจ ความคาดหวัง ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมของการใช้สื่อโทรทัศน์และเฟซบุ๊ก ของประชากรชายและหญิงในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่เกิดในปีเกิดในปีพุทธศักราช 2524-2543 ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการโดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรเจเนเรชันวาย รวมทั้งเพศชายและหญิง ที่อาศัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ใช้สื่อโทรทัศน์และเฟซบุ๊กในชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยเป็นการใช้แบบสอบถาม เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน ที่มีคำถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และคำถามเกี่ยวกับการรู้การเข้าใจ ความคาดหวัง ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมต่อการใช้ช่องทางสื่อโทรทัศน์และเฟซบุ๊ก ลักษณะของแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราวัดแบบลิเคิร์ทสเกล โดยจะให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเลือกแสดงความคิดเห็นจากระดับความพึงพอใจหรือระดับความเห็นด้วยห้าระดับ ผลการศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่จากการศึกษา พบว่า การรู้การเข้าใจ ความคาดหวัง ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมต่อการใช้ช่องทางสื่อโทรทัศน์และเฟซบุ๊กนั้น อยู่ในระดับมากและเป็นเชิงบวก กลุ่มเจเนเรชันวายรู้ และเข้าใจในการใช้สื่อโทรทัศน์และเฟซบุ๊กเป็นอย่างดี สามารถเรียนรู้เร็วได้ด้วยตัวเอง ซึ่งในการใช้สื่อนั้นก็จะมีความคาดหวัง ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมต่าง ๆ ของแต่ละบุคคลต่อสื่อโทรทัศน์และเฟซบุ๊ก โดยผลจากการศึกษายังทำให้ทราบถึงการใช้สื่อของกลุ่มเจเนเรชันวาย ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความคาดหวัง ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมเพื่อใช้ในการเปิดรับข่าวสารสร้างความบันเทิง ติดต่อสื่อสาร ซื้อสินค้า สร้างตัวตน และต่อยอดไปถึงการหารายได้
This quantitative research is study of the knowledge behaviour and attitude related to the consumption of television and Facebook in generation Y. The objective of this research is to study knowledge behaviour and attitude related to the consumption of television and Facebook in generation Y which are male and female that born in 1981-2000 and live in Bangkok. Collecting data by give out the questionnaire to the generation Y target group which born in year 1981-2000, both male and female, and live in Bangkok. The investigation of the questionnaire is about target audience personal details and target audience television and Facebook consumption related to the knowledge expectation attitude and behaviour. The format of the questionnaire is Likert scale which has five levels. This scale is often used to understand respondent ratings and agreement levels with the topic. In summary, this study found that the knowledge, expectation, attitude and behaviour have huge positive effectiveness related to the consumption of television and Facebook in generation Y. The research show that generation Y group is a fast learner of using technology and be able to operate or easily understanding of using media television and Facebook. Furthermore, this research shows that there are variety purposes of using media which involved by expectation attitude and behaviour for news update, entertainment, communicate, shopping, create self-identity to society, and earning money by generation Y.
