Abstract: การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงและการใช้งานต่อเนื่องที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าเลียนแบบแบรนด์เนมของผู้โภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้โภคที่เคยซื้อหรือเคยใช้สินค้าเลียนแบบแบรนด์เนมและพักอาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 220 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้สําหรับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงอนุมานเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการซื้อสินค้าเลียนแบบแบรนด์เนมของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ การใช้งานต่อเนื่อง ด้านการรับรู้ความเสี่ยง และการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.60 ในขณะที่ปัจจัยที่ไม่ส่งผลต่อการซื้อสินค้าเลียนแบบแบรนด์เนมของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ คุณค่าด้านประโยชน์ใช้สอย คุณค่าด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึก และ ความเป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่
The purpose of this study was to investigate the subjective norm and continued use affecting purchase decision of counterfeit luxury brand products of consumers in Bangkok. The samples consisted of 220 customers who used to purchase or used counterfeit luxury goods and lived in Bangkok. The questionnaire was used to collect the data in the study. Inferential statistic for testing hypotheses was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the factors affecting purchase decision of counterfeit luxury goods of consumers in Bangkok with statistical significance at .05 were continued use in terms of perception of risk and subjective norm accounting for 59.60 %. While the factors which do not affect the purchase decision of counterfeit luxury goods were continued use in terms of utilitarian value, hedonic value and innovativeness.
