Abstract: โครงการวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้ทำการศึกษาโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับและการตัดสินใจซื้อตัวการ์ตูนมาส์คไรเดอร์บนผลิตภัณฑ์ของประชากรบน เฟซบุ๊ก เพื่อนำไปปรับรูปแบบทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและทราบถึง ความต้องการของผู้บริโภค โดยมีวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ในกูเกิลชีท ซึ่งมีจำนวนประชากรที่ใช้เฟซบุ๊ก จำนวน 181 คน ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยกลุ่มแฟนเพจ คนรักไอ้มดแดง ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. ด้านลักษณะทางประชาการของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 28-37 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 25,001-35,000 บาท 2. ด้านช่องทางการเปิดรับสื่อของผู้บริโภค พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีการเปิดรับสื่อจาก Facebook อยู่ที่ 4.43 อันดับที่สองคือ Youtube อยู่ที่ 3.88 อันดับที่สาม คือ TV Magazine อยู่ที่ 2.71 และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ LINE อยู่ที่ 2.71 ตามลำดับ 3. ด้านสถานที่ ที่ผู้บริโภคซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ พบว่า ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่เลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์จากร้านสะดวกซื้อ อยู่ที่ 4.46 อันดับที่สอง คือ ห้างสรรพสินค้า อยู่ที่ 3.82 อันดับที่สาม คือ อินเทอร์เน็ต อยู่ที่ 3.56 อันดับที่สี่ คือ สถานที่เฉพาะที่จำหน่ายสินค้ายี่ห้อนั้น ๆ อยู่ที่ 3.36 อันดับที่ห้า คือ ร้านตัวแทนจำหน่าย อยู่ที่ 3.06 และอันดับสุดท้าย พนักงานขายอิสระอยู่ที่ 2.74 ตามลำดับ 4. ด้านประเภทของสินค้าที่ผู้บริโภคเลือกตัดสินใจซื้อจากการวิเคราะห์ส่วนใหญ่ พบว่าผู้บริโภคเลือกซื้อ ขนมคบเคี้ยว อยู่ที่ 4.32 อันดับที่สองคือ น้ำดื่ม อยู่ที่ 3.82
This research project is a quantitative research. The study was conducted with the objective of studying the behavior of exposure and decision to buy cartoon mask-rider on the product of the population on Facebook in order to adjust the marketing model of various products in order to increase sales and know the needs of consumers, with the method of collecting data using online questionnaires in Google Sheets. The population is 181 people on Facebook. The answerers are from we love Maskrider fanpage. The research found that: 1. The characteristics of the respondents found that, the majority of the sample was male, age 28-37 years, educational level bachelor’s degree, occupation as a private company employee, average income 25,001-35,000 Baht. 2. The consumer media exposure channels revealed that most samples were exposed to media from Facebook at 4.43, second is Youtube is at 3.88, Third, TV Magazine is at 2.71, and the last rank is Line at 2.71, respectively. 3. Considering the place where consumers buy products, it is found that most consumers choose to buy products from Convenience store is at 4.46, Second is The department store is at 3.82, Third is the internet at 3.56, Fourth is the only place that sells the brand products at 3.36, Fifth place is the dealer at 3.06, and the last rank Independent sales staff at 2.74, respectively. 4. The category of products that consumers choose to buy, the analysis has found that consumers choose to buy snacks at 4.32, second is drinking water at 3.82.
