แนวทางสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงการแสดงละครของสถาบันการศึกษาไปสู่กิจการเพื่อสังคมที่ยั่งยืน

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาโอกาสและความต้องการของผู้ชมละครในปัจจุบัน 2) เพื่อศึกษาบทละครโทรทัศน์ที่เป็นไปได้ในการนำมาผลิตละครเวที 3) เพื่อศึกษาผู้ร่วมผลิต และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการพัฒนาละครเวทีให้เป็นกิจการเพื่อสังคมที่ยั่งยืน การศึกษาใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือ ผู้ชมการแสดงละครของสถาบันการศึกษา จำนวน 13 คน ผู้ร่วมผลิต จำนวน 2 คน ผู้สนับสนุน จำนวน 4 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านกิจการเพื่อสังคม และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารการจัดการแสดง จำนวน 2 คน รวมทั้งหมด 21 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การสร้างโอกาสใหม่ที่ผู้ชมจะได้รับชมการแสดงละครของสถาบันการศึกษานั้น การแสดงจะต้องเน้นการนำเทคโนโลยี เช่น สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแสดงเพื่อเข้ามาช่วยในการนำเสนอสิ่งแปลกใหม่ให้ตื่นตาตื่นใจ และยังเป็นการลดต้นทุนในการผลิตด้วย การนำบทละครโทรทัศน์ที่ดีมาดัดแปลงเป็นบทละครเวที ผู้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่กล่าวถึงบทละครโทรทัศน์ที่ดีสามารถดัดแปลงเป็นบทละครเวทีได้ โดยเจาะลึกในด้านเนื้อหา มีการนำเสนอมุมมองในการเล่าเรื่องที่เป็นประโยชน์ให้ความรู้และข้อคิดที่ดีต่อผู้ชม รองลงมาคือ การนำเสนอเทคนิคพิเศษในละครเวที เมื่อดัดแปลงเป็นละครเวทีแล้ว ภาพจำที่ผู้ชมรับรู้จากละครโทรทัศน์นั้นอาจจะเกิดขึ้นบนเวทีด้วย นอกจากนี้ แนวทางสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงการแสดงละครของสถาบันการศึกษาไปสู่กิจการเพื่อสังคมที่ยั่งยืน การแสดงละครต้องมุ่งเน้นการสร้างสรรค์การแสดงละครที่เข้าใจง่าย เข้าถึงผู้ชมได้ทุกกลุ่ม เนื้อหาของละครนำเสนอประเด็นที่สะท้อนสังคมที่สามารถนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาของสังคมได้ โดยให้มีความร่วมมือจากภาคประชาชนด้วย เพื่อเป็นการสร้างรายได้ให้กับชุมชน ผู้ร่วมผลิต และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในกิจการเพื่อสังคมได้อย่างยั่งยืน

The research had three objectives: 1) to study the opportunity and desire of audience members of staged plays at present, 2) to investigate television dramas which were possible for theatre production, and 3) to examine the co-producers and stakeholders in developing staged plays to become sustainable social enterprise. The research was qualitative, using in-depth interviews with 21 persons; 13 audience members, two co-producers, four sponsors, one specialist for social enterprise, and one expert of performing arts management. The results showed that giving a new opportunity for audience members about the academic performance, the show must focus on bringing in technology like social media as part of the show to help in presenting something new. It also reduced the cost of production. Regarding good television plays adapted for stage play, most informants considered that they could be adapted for stage plays by making the content compact and easy to understand, presenting a useful narrative perspective, providing knowledge and insights to the audience members. In addition, guidelines for the transformation of academic performance to sustainable social enterprise, drama must focus on creating dramatic theaters that could be accessed by all groups of audience members. The content of the drama presented issues that reflected the society, leading to the solution of social problems. With the cooperation of the people, this was to generate income for the community, co-producers and stakeholders who were parts of the sustainable activities.
