แผนธุรกิจจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิวที่สกัดจากผลไม้เมล่อน (Melon) ภายใต้ตราสินค้า Melon Derma (เมล่อน เดอร์ม่า)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ บำรุงผิวที่สกัดจากผลเมล่อน ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาได้แก่คุณค่าตราสินค้า การสื่อสารการตลาด และภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือผู้ที่สนใจและใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิวอยู่แล้ว ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 155 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานคือสมการถดถอยพหุคูณที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านคุณค่าตราสินค้า การสื่อสารการตลาด และภาพลักษณ์ ตราสินค้า มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิวที่สกัดจากเมล่อนอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objective of this research is to study factors affecting to purchasing decision for skincare from melon which are brand equity, marketing communications, and brand image. The samples are 155 people in Bangkok who used or interested in skincare. Questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection via convenience sampling method. Statistics use in hypotheses testing is multiple regressions. The results of the hypotheses testing found that brand equity, marketing communications, and brand image affect to purchasing decision for skincare from melon at the statistical significant level of 0.05.
