Abstract

การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน FIXXHOME ในการทำธุรกิจ จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจของแอปพลิเคชัน FIXXHOME ซึ่งเป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลางในการอำนวยความสะดวกติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ใช้บริการและช่างผู้ให้บริการในการสร้างและซ่อมแซมที่อยู่อาศัยประกอบด้วยงานด้านไฟฟ้า ด้านประปา เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า โครงสร้างอาคาร เครื่องปรับอากาศ รวมถึงงานบ้านเบ็ดเตล็ดต่าง ๆ โดยปัจจุบันมักจะพบปัญหาและอุปสรรคยุ่งยากในการติดต่อหาช่างที่มีประสบการณ์มาดูแลในเรื่องดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าการใช้ชีวิตของคนในกรุงเทพมหานครมีความใกล้ชิดกับเทคโนโลยีประเภทสมาร์ทโฟน ที่ทำให้เกิดความสะดวกสบายในการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อเข้าถึงการรับการบริการที่ต้องอาศัยเทคโนโลยีเป็นสื่อกลางสำหรับการขอรับการบริการ ดังนั้น การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน FIXXHOME ซึ่งเป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลาง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ใช้บริการและช่างผู้ให้บริการ จึงเป็นโอกาสทางธุรกิจของการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ โดยการศึกษานี้เป็นการเข้าถึงกลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการและช่างผู้ให้บริการ โดยตรงและสามารถนำไปสู่การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดอย่างเหมาะสม ทั้งนี้การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน FIXXHOME ในการทำธุรกิจ ได้ใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์กับ กลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการและผู้ประกอบการที่มีความสนใจใช้แอปพลิเคชัน FIXXHOME ในการทำธุรกิจในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครพบว่ามีความเป็นไปได้สูงจากศักยภาพของระบบแอปพลิเคชัน FIXXHOME ในการทำธุรกิจ การวิเคราะห์แผนธุรกิจ และความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ โดยกำหนดเป็นแนวทางของแผนธุรกิจด้วยงบลงทุน 500,000 บาท ซึ่งแผนการเงินจากการประเมินความเป็นไปได้คาดการณ์ว่ามีระยะเวลาการคืนทุนไม่เกิน 1 ปี 6 เดือน อัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนสูงและมีศักยภาพในการทำกำไร รวมทั้งมีส่วนร่วมในการช่วยเหลือสังคมที่สามารถสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับธุรกิจนี้

The Feasibility study on the use of FIXXHOME Application for business aimed to study the feasibility on the FIXXHOME Application business; the application facilitates communication between customer and maintenance repair service providers, for example, air conditions, electricity, water works, and building structure. In the present time, the experienced and expert maintenance repair service providers are difficult to find. People in Bangkok are using smartphone regularly and easily access to technology and connect to obtain services. As a result, this feasibility study on the use of FIXXHOME, as a medium to facilitate communication between customer and handymen, is an opportunity for businesses. This study accessed consumers and maintenance repair service providers directly and led to appropriate marketing strategy. The feasibility study on the use of FIXXHOME Application for businesses used questionnaires and interviews with a group of customers and entrepreneurs, interesting in using FIXXHOME Application. The findings showed that customers and entrepreneurs showed interests in using the FIXXHOME Application for business. Moreover, the findings also revealed that there are high potential of using the FIXXHOME application for business in the Bangkok area because of the efficiency of the application system, the business plan analysis and the management ability. The initiative capital budget was 500,000 Baht According to the feasibility study; the payback period expects to be less than 1 year and 1 months. Furthermore, the return of investment is high and it also expected high profits, as well as, the social responsibility helps to build up good images for this business.
