Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต ทัศนคติ และส่วนประสมทางการตลาดส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคขนมไทยของคนไทยในกรุงเทพมหานคร ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ กลุ่มคนทั่วไปที่มีอายุระหว่าง 16ปีขึ้นไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งเพศชาย และเพศหญิง จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง ทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของเครื่องมือ จำนวน 40 ตัวอย่าง ตามแนวคิดของครอนบัคได้มีค่าความเชื่อถือเท่ากับ 0.975 มีความเชื่อถือในระดับสูงวิเคราะห์ผลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ทดสอบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคขนมไทย ใช้วิธีการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ประมวลผลข้อมูลจากโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่นั้นเป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 33 – 40 ปี การศึกษาระดับสูงสุดส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี สถานะภาพโสด ประกอบอาชีพพนังงานบริษัทเอกชนเป็นส่วนใหญ่ มีรายได้เฉลี่ยที่ 10,001 – 20,000 บาท และจากการทดสอบสมมุติฐานในด้านต่าง ๆ สามารถสรุปได้ว่า รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตทัศนคติต่อขนมไทย และ ปัจจัยส่วนประสมการตลาด มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคขนมไทย การศึกษาวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเชิงธุรกิจในด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย โฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารที่เกี่ยวข้องตามพื้นที่ต่าง ๆเพื่อที่จะสามารถเข้าถึงผู้บริโภคได้มากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งนี้ยังรวมไปถึงการแสดงออกถึงลักษณะความเป็นไทยในด้านอื่น ๆ ให้ได้รับรู้กันเป็นวงกว้างเพื่อที่จะได้คงรักษาซึ่งขนมไทยที่มีมาอย่างช้านานให้คนรุ่นหลังๆ หันมาสนใจที่จะสืบทอดนี้ต่อไป ทั้งนี้ผู้ที่สนใจทำวิจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับหัวข้อนี้ควรศึกษา ค้นคว้าอย่างถี่ถ้วน เพื่อให้ได้ทราบถึงข้อมูลในส่วนลึกและ พฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคได้อย่างแท้จริง
This quantitative research study aimed to explore attitudes, lifestyle factors, and marketing mix which affect the behaviour to the Thai people through Thai desserts consumption in Bangkok.Research methodology collects information that is obtained from a query. Samples used in research is a group of people between the ages of 16 years and older who live in Bangkok, both male and female, for example, the number 400. Reliability testing of a sample of 40 tool based on the concept of Cronbach Alpha Formula, the cross has a value equal to 0.975trust has a high level of reliability analysis using descriptive statistics.Alsouse the method to find the Simple Regression Analysis, data processing, statistical computer programs from the SPSS for window totesting factors that influence consumer behaviour of Thai desserts The result found that most respondents were female with the age between 33-40 years old. Highest level of education is undergraduate, mostly single, work in private company, average income is 10001-20000 baht and hypothesis testing in areas that have been concluded result the habits and the marketing mix have a positive influence on consumer behaviour Thai desserts. This research study can be used to guide the development of marketing strategies for business in order to reach more consumers. Also includes expression ofother side the characteristics of Thailand. Those interested in research that is relevant to this topic should be studied thoroughly researched to get information about in depth and the right information about consumer behaviour.
