การนำเสนอเนื้อหาเพื่อสร้างความผูกพันระหว่างประชาชนชาวไทยกับประชาชน ในประเทศเพื่อนบ้านที่เป็นสมาชิกประชาคมอาเซียนของสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยพีบีเอส

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ศึกษานโยบายการนำเสนอและวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบระหว่างรูปแบบและเนื้อหาของรายการข่าวและสารคดีที่เกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียนต่อความผูกพันระหว่างชาวไทยกับประชาชนในประเทศที่เป็นสมาชิกประชาคมอาเซียนเป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกกับผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายข่าว บรรณาธิการข่าวต่างประเทศและโปรดิวเซอร์รายการ Spirit of Asia และการวิจัยเอกสาร การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง อายุ 25-40 ปี ที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมานคร เป็นผู้ชมรายการของไทยพีบีเอส จำนวน 400 คน ด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ พบว่า นโยบายการนำเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียนเป็นการรวบรวมข่าวสารในทุกแง่มุมมานำเสนอให้ผู้ชมได้เห็นภาพอาเซียนอย่างรอบด้าน มีการนำเสนอผลกระทบที่มีต่อคนไทยทั้งในด้านบวกและด้านลบ เพื่อให้ผู้ชมรับรู้ รับทราบและเตรียมความพร้อมกับความเปลี่ยนแปลง เพื่อทำให้ชาวไทยได้ใกล้ชิดกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้านจากการเรียนรู้เรื่องราวระหว่างกัน นอกจากนี้ยังพบอีกว่า รูปแบบการรับชมที่ชมตามผังรายการและดูย้อนหลังไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำเสนอเนื้อหาเพื่อสร้างความผูกพันด้านอารมณ์ระหว่างชาวไทยกับประชาชนในประเทศที่เป็นสมาชิกประชาคมอาเซียน ( =2.676 df = 2 P-value .262) กล่าวคือจะดูตามผังรายการหรือดูย้อนหลังไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ขณะที่การเปิดรับชมมีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำเสนอเนื้อหาเพื่อสร้างความผูกพันด้านพฤติกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ ( =33.235 df = 4 P-value = 0.000) และได้พบอีกว่า รูปแบบของรายการด้านรายการข่าวจะมีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำเสนอเนื้อหาเพื่อสร้างความผูกพันในด้านความคิด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ( = 30.078 *df = 4 P-value = 0.00) และมีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำเสนอเนื้อหาเพื่อสร้างความผูกพันทางด้านพฤติกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติด้วย ( = 11.138 df = 4 P-value = 0.025)

The purpose of this research was to study the policies of presentation and compared analysis of the form and content of news and documentaries about the relation between Thai citizens and ASEAN citizens This research was combined the qualitative research with quantitative research by using qualitative depth interviews with News Director Foreign News Editor and producers of Spirit of Asia, literature review and quantitative research inquiry the subjects, aged 25-40 years old, living in Bangkok city, and were the viewers of Thai Public Broadcasting Service (Thai pbs) with accidental sampling. The results revealed that the policies of presentation about ASEAN community were information collected on all aspects to present all side of ASEAN to the audiences. There are presentation of impact on Thai citizens, both positive and negative. To aware, acknowledge and prepare the audiences for the changes.
