Abstract: การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ถึงความเสี่ยง เครื่องหมายรับรองความน่าเชื่อถือ และเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดจำนวน 240 ชุด ในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เคยซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์และอาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20-39 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นข้าราชการ และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 15,001-25,000 บาท ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ด้านการจัดอันดับและการวิจารณ์สินค้า ด้านความไว้วางใจ และเครื่องหมายรับรองความน่าเชื่อถือ ในขณะที่เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ด้านพื้นที่แสดงความคิดเห็นและชุมชนออนไลน์ และการรับรู้ถึงความเสี่ยง ไม่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
The study aimed to investigate perceived risk, trust marks and social networks affecting purchase decisions through electronic media of customers in Bangkok. The closed-ended questionnaires were used to collect data from 240 customers in Bangkok who used to purchased products or services through electronic media. Additionally, data were statistically analyzed using multiple regression. The study was found that most of the respondents were female with 20-39 years of age. They completed bachelor's degrees, worked as public servants with the average monthly income between 15001-25000 baht. The hypothesis testing was found that the factors affecting purchase decisions through electronic media of customers in Bangkok at the statistically significant level of 0.05 were the social networks in terms of the product ratings and reviews, the trust, and the trust marks. However, social networks in terms of the forum and online community and the perceived risk did affect the purchase decisions through electronic media of customers in Bangkok.
