แผนธุรกิจคลินิกเสริมความงามในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงามในกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมตลาดบริการ ปัจจัยด้านภาพลักษณ์ ปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ที่มีความสนใจ และใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงามอยู่แล้วทั้งเพศหญิงและชาย อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิธีการสุ่มแบบสะดวก วิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ เพื่อใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมตลาดบริการ ปัจจัยด้านภาพลักษณ์ และปัจจัย ด้านรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตมีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้บริการคลินิกเสริมความงามในกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objective of this research is to study factors that affected the expectation of the patients who use the beauty clinic in Bangkok which are service marketing mix (7Ps), image, and lifestyle. The sample are people who are interested in beauty clinic and people who used to use the beauty medical service. This sample consist of 400 men and women in Bangkok and they are 20 years old or above this age. Questionnaire was used in this study. Then I analyze the information by using the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and multiple regression to test the hypothesis. The result of this research show that the main three factors have some effect on the patients and their statistically significant is 0.05 which relates to all of the hypothesis.
