Abstract: วิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระว่างพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี การรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี ความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อธนาคารออมสินและพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจใช้บริการธนาคารออมสินในมุมมองของลูกค้าและที่ไม่ใช่ลูกค้าในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการ ที่ดีของธนาคารออมสินและความเชื่อมั่นต่อธนาคารออมสินที่สามารถพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจใช้บริการธนาคารออมสินในมุมมองลูกค้าและไม่ใช่ลูกค้าในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างร่วมทั้งสิ้น 400 ตัวอย่าง และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage Sampling) โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยด้วย T-test การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ซึ่งกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพอสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการเปิดรับ สื่อบุคคล (พนักงาน/ ผู้บริหารของธนาคาร) มากที่สุด รับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านหลักการสร้างคุณค่า (Value Creation) มากที่สุด และความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อธนาคารออมสินมากที่สุด คือ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของธนาคาร รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการรักษาสัญญาหรือคำพูด ตามด้วยด้านความเชื่อมั่นต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านการเงินและบริการของธนาคารตามลำดับ อีกทั้ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีโอกาสตัดสินใจใช้บริการด้านเงินฝาก/ การลงทุนมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ บริการด้านสินเชื่อ ตามด้วยบริการด้านธุรกรรม ตามลำดับ 2) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า 2.1) กลุ่มลูกค้าธนาคารออมสิน กับกลุ่มที่ไม่ใช่ลูกค้าธนาคารออมสินมีพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีของธนาคารออมสินผ่านสื่อบุคคล วิทยุกระจายเสียง โทรทัศน์ อินเทอร์เน็ต ป้ายประกาศ หรือโปสเตอร์ และกิจกรรมพิเศษของธนาคารแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ กลุ่มลูกค้าธนาคารออมสิน กับกลุ่มที่ไม่ใช่ลูกค้าธนาคารออมสินมีการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี มีความเชื่อมั่น และมีพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจใช้บริการธนาคารออมสินในอนาคตแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 อีกด้วย 2.2) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีของลูกค้าและไม่ใช่ลูกค้ามีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีของธนาคารออมสินในทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยหลักความพร้อม รับผิด (Accountability) หลักการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ (Responsibility) หลักความโปร่งใส (Transparency) หลักการสร้างคุณค่า (Value Creation) หลักการปฏิบัติต่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียโดยเท่าเทียมกัน (Equitable Treatment) หลักการมีส่วนร่วม (Participation) และหลักคุณธรรม (Ethic) 2.3) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีของลูกค้าและไม่ใช่ลูกค้ามีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อธนาคารออมสินในทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 อีกด้วย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยด้านความเชื่อมั่นต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านการเงินและบริการของธนาคาร ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของธนาคาร และด้านการรักษาสัญญาหรือคำพูด 2.4) การรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีของธนาคารออมสินในทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกในระดับสูงกับระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อธนาคารออมสินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยหลักคุณธรรม (Ethic) หลักความโปร่งใส (Transparency) หลักการปฏิบัติต่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียโดยเท่าเทียมกัน (Equitable Treatment) หลักการมีส่วนร่วม (Participation) หลักการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ (Responsibility) หลักการสร้างคุณค่า (Value Creation) และหลักความพร้อมรับผิด (Accountability) 2.5) การรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีของธนาคารออมสินและระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อธนาคารออมสินสามารถพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจใช้บริการธนาคารออมสินในอนาคตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ทั้งนี้ ตัวแปรทั้งสองสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจได้ประมาณร้อยละ 4.2
This survey research aims to examine the relationships among customers’ media exposure toward corporate governance, self-perceived image in corporate governance, confidence toward the Government Saving Bank, and their future purchase decision among customers and non-customers of Thai Saving Bank and to predict the factors influencing their future purchase decision. Four hundred samples of current customers and non-customers residing in Bangkok Metropolitan were being selected by using Multi-Stage sampling and convenience sampling. The data were tabulated and analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, T-Test, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis, with a statistical significance at 0.05. The results revealed: 1) Samples were exposed to personal media (employees and the top management) the most, perceived image toward value creation the most, and had highest confidence on the reputation dimension of the bank, followed by keep a promise and financial product, respectively. They will purchase the deposit services and investment service the most, followed by credit service and business services, respectively. 2) Findings of the hypothesis testing discovered the following results: 2.1) Customers and non-customers have significant different frequency in the media exposure on corporate governance of the Government Saving Bank via personal media, radio, television, internet, cutout or poster, and special event. They have significant difference image toward corporate governance and significant different purchase decision, with a statistical significance at 0.05. 2.2) Customers and non-customers’ media exposure toward the corporate governance is positively correlated with their self-perceived image in all dimensions, with a statistical significance at 0.05. Including Accountability, Responsibility, Transparency, Value creation, Equitable treatment, Participation, and Ethic. 2.3) Customers and non-customers’ media exposure toward corporate governance is positively correlated with their confidence in all dimensions, with a statistical significance at 0.05. 2.4) Customers and non-customers’ self-perceived reputation is positively correlated with their confidence in all dimensions, with a statistical significance at 0.05. Including Ethic, Transparency, Equitable treatment, Participation, Responsibility, Value creation, and Accountability. 2.5) Customers and non-customers’ self-perceived reputation and confidence can significant predict their future purchase decision with a statistical significance at 0.05, accountable for the prediction rate of 4.2.
