ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ของคนในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ของคนในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งานระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ คือ คุณภาพระบบ ได้แก่ ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ความมีเสถียรภาพ ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึง ความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนอง และประโยชน์ในการใช้สอย (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งานระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ คือ การใช้งานระบบ (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งานระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ คือ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบ (4) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งานจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ ได้แก่ คุณภาพระบบ การใช้งานระบบการ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบ ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ตัวแปรต้นคือ คุณภาพระบบ และการใช้งานระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน และตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่ ประโยชน์โดยรวมของผู้ใช้งานระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยทำการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้งานระบบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินออนไลน์ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 408 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การหาค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นในรูปแบบอย่างง่าย และพหุคูณ ซึ่งการทดสอบสมมติฐานได้กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 300 คน มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี สถานภาพโสด มีระดับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001-30,000 บาท ผลการศึกษาพบว่าคุณภาพระบบ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบ และการใช้งานระบบมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งาน

The objectives of this research were (1) To study the influence of online flight ticket system quality which consisted of the dimensions of ease of use, reliability, convenience of access, response times and usability on user’s net benefit; (2) To study the influence of online flight ticket usage on user’s net benefit; (3) To study the influence of online flight ticket user satisfaction on user’s net benefit; (4) To study the influence of online flight ticket system, system usage and user satisfaction on user’s net benefit. The variables in this investigation consisted of the following: system quality as the independent variable consisted of the dimensions of ease of use, reliability, convenience of access, response times and usability, system usage and user satisfaction; and user’s benefits as a dependent variable. The researcher used quantitative methods which involved empirical research. The instrument of research was a questionnaire used to collect data from 408 online flight ticket users in Bangkok. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation), Pearson’s correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression. The hypotheses are tested at a significant level of .05. The results of the study found that most of the respondents were 300 females, aged between 21-30 years old, single, graduated with bachelor degrees, earned an average monthly salary between 15,001-30,000 bath. The results of the study indicate that system quality, system usage and user satisfaction have positive effect to User’s Net Benefits.
