ปัจจัยการยอมรับนวัตกรรมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการธนาคาร ผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณนี้เป็นการศึกษาปัจจัยการยอมรับนวัตกรรมที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการธนาคารผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการธุรกรรมทางการเงินผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของนวัตกรรมที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการทางการเงินผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ กลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการธนาคารผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ จำนวน 400 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศชายมากที่สุด มีอายุเฉลี่ยในช่วง 31–40 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ที่ระดับปริญญาตรี ส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ระหว่าง 10,001–30,000 บาท ในด้านพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการธนาคารผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ใช้บริการฝากเงินสดเข้าบัญชีตนเองและผู้อื่น เวลาที่ใช้บริการอยู่ระหว่าง 12.01–18.00 น. ใน 1 เดือน มีการใช้บริการ 4–6 ครั้ง และผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่ใช้บริการของธนาคารกสิกรไทย ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยการยอมรับนวัตกรรม อันได้แก่ ด้านประโยชน์ เชิงเปรียบเทียบ ด้านการสังเกตได้ ด้านความเข้ากันได้ ด้านความสามารถนำไปทดลองใช้ ด้านการยอมรับความเสี่ยง และด้านความซับซ้อน มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจการใช้บริการธนาคารผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05

This quantitative research intends to study the acceptance of innovation factors affecting the satisfaction of mobile banking users in Bangkok Metropolitan area. The objectives of this study are as follow; 1) to study the user behaviour of mobile banking in Bangkok Metropolitan area, and 2) to study an acceptance of innovation affecting the degree of satisfaction of mobile banking users in Bangkok Metropolitan area. The samples selected for this research are 400 Mobile Banking users. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. This quantitative research intends to study the acceptance of innovation factors affecting the satisfaction of mobile banking users in Bangkok Metropolitan area. The objectives of this study are as follow; 1) to study the user behaviour of mobile banking in Bangkok Metropolitan area, and 2) to study an acceptance of innovation affecting the degree of satisfaction of mobile banking users in Bangkok Metropolitan area. The samples selected for this research are 400 Mobile Banking users. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. According to the hypothesis testing, it was found that acceptance of relative advantage, observability, compatibility, trialability, perceived risk, and complexity affect the level of satisfaction among users of mobile banking in Bangkok district at a significant level of 0.05.
