ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางด้านประชากรศาสตร์และพฤติกรรม ของผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ผ่านในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติที่ได้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 26-33 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001–25,000 บาท โดยส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน อีกทั้งส่วนใหญ่รู้จักบริการ KTB Netbank จากตัวเอง มักใช้บริการในช่วงเวลา 12.00–17.59 น. ใช้บริการที่บ้าน มีเหตุผลที่เลือกใช้บริการ คือ สะดวกในการทำธุรกรรม โดยใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ทำธุรกรรมทางการเงินเพื่อจ่ายชำระค่าสินค้าและค่าบริการต่าง ๆ และในอนาคตจะใช้บริการ KTB Netbank มากขึ้น ผลการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับเห็นว่ามีความสำคัญมากที่สุด คือ ด้านราคาค่าบริการ และอยู่ในระดับ เห็นว่ามีความสำคัญมาก คือ ด้านกระบวนการบริการ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการบริการ ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านผู้ให้บริการ และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด นอกจากนี้ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานปัจจัยด้านยอมรับเทคโนโลยีมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ KTB Netbank ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The research objective are to study demographic and behavior of customer using KTB netbank in bangkok, to study the correlation factors of technology acceptance with the customers satisfaction of KTB netbank in bangkok and regarding factors influencing customer satisfaction of KTB netbank in bangkok. In this study, questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the primary data. There are totally 400 questionnaires distributed. The data was analyzed by using statistics comprising of percentage, average, standard deviation, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The result indicates that the majority of populations were female between the ages of 26–33 graduating bachelor’s degree, obtaining a monthly salary range between 15,001–25,000 Baht per month, were employees by private companies, with their source of information being a recommendation from themselves, most access time is the period from 12.00 to 17.59 hours, used the services at home. The reason given for using KTB netbank was that they enhanced level of convenience to customers. The purpose of using KTB netbank was payments products and services, they believe that the use of KTB netbank will increase in the future The satisfaction study revealed that the greatest levels of satisfaction with the price were expressed towards: process, physical evidence, place, product, people and promotion with all these factors rated as highly important. The results of hypothesis testing demonstrated that the correlation factors of technology acceptance with the customers satisfaction of KTB netbank in bangkok and the hypothesis test discovered that the factors of technology acceptance influencing customers satisfaction of KTB netbank in Bangkok.
