Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการส่งต่อข้อมูลทางการตลาดแบบ Viral Marketing อันได้แก่ เอกลักษณ์ของตราสินค้า ความไว้วางใจในตราสินค้า ความมุ่งมั่นเพื่อชุมชน ความตั้งใจของการเป็นสมาชิกในชุมชน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ประชาชนทั่วไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 400 คน ที่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้งาน Facebook โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ จากการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นเพศชายมากที่สุด มีอายุเฉลี่ยอยู่ในช่วง 21-30 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด มีระดับการศึกษาอยู่ที่ระดับปริญญาตรีมากที่สุด กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพ นักเรียน/ นักศึกษา และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง 10,001 – 30,000 บาท ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามใช้งาน Facebook อยู่ระหว่าง 3 – 5 ชั่วโมง ในช่วงระยะเวลาประมาณ 20.01 – 24.00 โดยใช้งาน Facebook ที่บ้าน ผ่านอุปกรณ์สมาร์ทโฟน มีการใช้งาน Social Network โดยทั่วไปกิจกรรมที่ใช้ผ่านทาง Facebook ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเรื่องที่ตัวเองชื่นชอบและสนใจ จึงทำการ กด Like Share และ Comment โดยมีอัตราความถี่ในระยะเวลา 1 สัปดาห์อยู่ระหว่าง 11 – 20 ครั้ง ในขณะที่ปัจจัยที่ทำให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามกด Like Fan Page ตราสินค้า คือสนใจในตราสินค้าเป็นการส่วนตัว และประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการกด Like Fan Page ตราสินค้า ทำให้ไม่ตกเทรนด์/ ทันกระแสสังคม งานวิจัยนี้ได้ผลวิเคราะห์ตามสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการส่งต่อข้อมูล ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเอกลักษณ์ของตราสินค้า ด้านความไว้วางใจในตราสินค้า ด้านความมุ่งมั่นเพื่อชุมชน ด้านความตั้งใจของการเป็นสมาชิกในชุมชน มีอิทธิพลต่อการส่งต่อข้อมูล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
This research intends to study the factors affecting decisions to forward the marketing information through Viral Marketing as follows: Brand Identity, Brand Trust, Community commitment and Community membership intention. The samples of the study was 400 respondents displaying Facebook usage behaviour in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The questionnaire was selected as the research instrument used to collect the information. Statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research found that most of respondents are male, aged 21-30 years, single, with a bachelor’s degree. Most of samples are students with a monthly income between 10,001 – 30,000 baht. Respondents mainly use Facebook via Smartphone at home between 3-5 hours during 20.01 – 24.00 and use other Social Networking services. Generally, the activity joined through Facebook depends on the personal interest and taste so they would click ‘Like’, Share and Comment on the page, the frequency is 11-20 times a week. Meanwhile the factor affecting respondents to click ‘Like’ any Branded Facebook Fan Page is their personal interest in the brand and the advantage from clicking ‘Like’ the Branded Facebook Fan Page is to jump on social trends and get the latest news. According to the hypothesis testing, it was found that brand identity, brand trust, community commitment and community membership intention significantly affect the decision to forward the marketing information at the significant level of 0.05 Keywords: Viral Marketing, Brand Identity, Brand Trust, Community Commitment, Community Membership Intention
