ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการยอมรับการใช้งานระบบ Google แอพพลิเคชั่นและระบบอินทราเน็ตกับ ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน: กรณีศึกษา ธนาคารทิสโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัย เรื่อง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการยอมรับการใช้งานระบบ Google แอพพลิเคชั่นและระบบอินทราเน็ตกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน: กรณีศึกษา ธนาคารทิสโก้จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะด้านประชากรศาสตร์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการยอมรับการใช้งานระบบ Google Apps และระบบอินทราเน็ตที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พนักงานของธนาคารทิสโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่ จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) แสดงเป็นค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ t-Test, ANOVA และใช้การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson Correlation) ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 25-35 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอายุการทำงานอยู่ที่ 7-9 ปี จากศึกษาตามหลักทฤษฏีโมเดลการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี(Technology Acceptance Model: TAM) และแนวคิดของปีเตอร์สัน (Peterson) และโพลวแมน (Plowman) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ลักษณะด้านประชากรศาสตร์ของพนักงานธนาคารทิสโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่ ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลทำให้ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานแตกต่างกัน และการยอมรับการใช้งานระบบ Google Apps และระบบอินทราเน็ตมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานธนาคารทิสโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ 0.468

The objectives of this research is to study the relationship between the acceptances of Google application usage and intranet system’s; and the efficiency of employees’ performance: case study of TISCO Bank Public Co., Ltd., Head Office, in order to 1) study demographic characteristics affecting to the efficiency of employees’ performance and 2) determine relationship between the acceptance of Google application usage and Intranet system’s that affecting to the efficiency of employees’ performance. This study is survey research. A sample group was 400 employees of TISCO Bank Public Co., Ltd., Head Office. Questionnaire was used in this study. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. For the inferential statistical analysis included t-Test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the majority of respondents were male, aged between 25-35 years, have bachelors’ degree, have working experience from 7-9 years. From theoretical models of technology adoption (Technology Acceptance Model: TAM) and the concept of Peterson and Plowman, the hypotheses testing found that the difference in demographic characteristics of employees of TISCO Bank Public Co., Ltd., Head Office affect to the difference in the efficiency of employees’ performance. The acceptance of Google Apps usage and intranet system’s positively correlated with the efficiency of employees’ performance of the Tisco bank in the medium level with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.468.
