Abstract

โครงการพาราดิโซ่ รีสอร์ทและคาราโอเกะ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของธุรกิจ ประเภทรีสอร์ทและคาราโอเกะในรูปแบบครบวงจร และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อธุรกิจ ดังกล่าว ซึ่งธุรกิจประเภทรีสอร์ทและคาราโอเกะนี้มีรูปแบบการให้บริการโดยให้ผู้บริโภคสามารถร้อง เพลงในห้องคาราโอเกะที่อยู่ในห้องพักของตัวเอง โดยมีความเป็นส่วนตัวและปลอดภัยสูงสุด และมี ส่วนที่ให้บริการร้านอาหาร มินิบาร์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เป็นต้น และทางโครงการยังมีจุดเด่น ที่สำคัญคือ การสร้างอัตลักษณ์โดยการจำลองสถานที่เป็นฤดูกาลต่างๆ เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามฤดูนั้นๆ โดยเน้นรูปแบบความโรแมนติกคงไว้ เพื่อให้เป็นที่เก็บความประทับใจและความทรงจำแก่ผู้บริโภค ทั้งนี้จากผลการศึกษาโครงการพาราดิโซ่ รีสอร์ทและคาราโอเกะ พบว่าในสถานการณ์ปกติ (Most Likely Case) ธุรกิจนี้มีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 2 ปี 4 เดือน มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) ในปีที่ 5 = 15,409,884 และมีอัตราผลตอบแทนโครงการ (IRR) 34.06% จึงสรุปได้ว่าธุรกิจนี้มีความเป็นไปได้ใน การลงทุน อีกทั้งกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 95 % ให้ความสนใจและเลือกที่ลองเข้ารับบริการ ซึ่งตรงตาม สมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

Paradiso resort and karaoke aimed to studied the possibilities of Resort and Karaoke complex business and customer's satisfaction toward the service. Resort and Karaoke will providing karaoke service that alow the customer enjoy singing in thier own private (room,area)(within,under) the maximum security as well as restaurant section, mini bar and others facilities. The Paradiso resort and karaoke is holding the uniqueness by creating the resort in various theme of seasons and focusing on romantic environment which gives an unforgettable impression to the customer. The results of the project in Most Likely Case, this project have Payback period in 2 year 4 months, Net Present Value(NPV) at 5th year = 15,409,884 baht and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 34.06%. These results that mean this project has the possibility to invest. And there are 95 % of representative sample pay attention and try it that conforms to the hypothesis.
