      <title>The Impact of Leadership Style, Organizational Learning and Organization Communication towards Employees Organizational Engagement in Thailand</title>
      <link>http://dspace.bu.ac.th/jspui/handle/123456789/5874</link>
      <description>Title: The Impact of Leadership Style, Organizational Learning and Organization Communication towards Employees Organizational Engagement in Thailand
Authors: Samten Lama
Abstract: This study examines the influence of leadership styles, organizational&#xD;
learning, and organizational communication on employee organizational engagement.&#xD;
The three independent variables investigated are leadership styles—specifically&#xD;
democratic (participative), authoritative, and transactional leadership; organizational&#xD;
learning—encompassing training and development programs, knowledge sharing and&#xD;
collaboration, and continuous improvement and learning culture; and organizational&#xD;
communication—focused on communication channel, communication quality,&#xD;
and employee feedback mechanisms. The study aims to understand how these factors&#xD;
contribute to enhancing employee engagement within organizations. Primary data&#xD;
were collected from 310 respondents in Thailand using a convenient sampling&#xD;
method. Participants completed online questionnaires consisting of demographic&#xD;
questions and items rated on a five-point Likert scale, addressing aspects related to the&#xD;
independent and dependent variables. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics&#xD;
and multiple linear regression techniques to assess the relationships between the&#xD;
independent variables and employee organizational engagement. The findings reveal&#xD;
significant positive impacts of all three independent variables—leadership styles,&#xD;
organizational learning initiatives, and organizational communication practices—on&#xD;
employee organizational engagement. Specifically, democratic leadership fosters&#xD;
participatory decision-making and inclusivity, authoritative leadership provides clear&#xD;
direction and alignment, and transactional leadership establishes structured&#xD;
performance expectations. Training and development programs enhance employee&#xD;
skills and adaptability, knowledge sharing and collaboration promote innovation and&#xD;
teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives foster a culture of learning and&#xD;
adaptation. Effective communication channels, high-quality communication practices,&#xD;
and robust employee feedback mechanisms enhance transparency, trust, and&#xD;
responsiveness within organizations. This study recommends that organizations&#xD;
prioritize leadership development across diverse styles, invest in comprehensive&#xD;
learning initiatives, and strengthen communication strategies to boost employee&#xD;
engagement effectively. Such strategic enhancements can significantly contribute to organizational success and sustainability by aligning employee efforts with&#xD;
organizational goals and fostering a positive work environment conducive to growth&#xD;
and innovation.
