Authors:
(Convenience Sampling)
The Survey Component Analysis of Service Marketing Expectations for Thai Passengers Using Ubon Ratchathani International Airport aimed to survey, analyze and compare service marketing expectations for Thai passengers using Ubon Ratchathani International Airport. The data were selected from 400 passengers who used the Ubon Ratchathani International Airport. The samples were selected by purposive sampling and convenience sampling.
The results of the research revealed that the majority of passengers with different demographic characteristics had the exact expectations of the service market at Ubon Ratchathani International Airport. It is thus pointed out that, despite their different backgrounds, passengers who come to the airport have the exact service market expectations. Therefore, the development of the airport's service quality focuses on development to benefit all groups of passengers, not on any particular group of passengers, is essential.
The recommendations further show that Ubon Ratchathani International Airport has not provided as many facilities spaces for users as it should. This creates the potential for competition and increases the number of passengers using the service. Passenger expectations include product, price, channel, promotion, marketing, human, process, and physical aspects, which are of great importance to passengers. This allows those involved in airport management to focus on the service market expectations of international airports from a passenger perspective. In the aspect that the passenger perceives to a lesser extent, it is a way to improve the service quality of the airport in order to achieve the highest passenger satisfaction.
