งานวิจัยการเปรียบเทียบกระบวนการการติดตั้งฉนวนกันเสียงกันความร้อนเยื่อกระดาษเซลลูโลส

Abstract

เนื่องจากปัจจุบันในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีหลายจุดที่มีมลภาวะทางเสียงเกินค่ามาตรฐานคุณภาพอากาศและ เสียงที่กำหนดโดยกรมควบคุมมลพิษ กระทรวงธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมไว้ว่า ควรมีค่าเฉลี่ย 24 ชั่วโมงไม่เกิน 70 เดซิเบล เอ จึงเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญต้องหากรรมวิธีลดมลภาวะทางเสียงให้น้อยลง โดยทำการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกระบวนการติดตั้ง ฉนวนกันเสียงและกันความร้อนเยื่อกระดาษเซลลูโลส ซึ่งเป็นตัวเลือกหนึ่งที่สามารถนำมาใช้ติดตั้งในอาคารสาธารณะหรือ ที่พักอาศัย เพื่อลดมลภาวะทางเสียงได้ โดยทำการศึกษาวิจัยผ่านกรณีศึกษา ร้านอาหาร 3 แห่ง ถึงกระบวนการติดตั้งและ องค์ประกอบทางด้านต้นทุน ระยะเวลาการติดตั้ง รวมถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคในกระบวนการติดตั้งแบบสำเร็จรูปและ แบบฉีดพ่นหน้างานให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละพื้นที่ โดยผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบฉีดพ่นหน้างานเหมาะกับสถานที่ที่กำลังก่อสร้างและแบบสำเร็จรูปเหมาะกับอาคารที่สร้างเสร็จแล้วเพื่อให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้มากที่สุด

Nowadays, Bangkok metropolitan areas are exposed to high levels of noise pollution; above the standard of 70 dBA within a 24 hours average, set by The Pollution Control Department under Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, which is important and need to be reduced. The study performs a comparison test of installation process of cellulose heat and noise insulation inside commercial and residential buildings. 3 case study restaurants are researched to find a result of comparison of three participants of process installation, cost, duration, problem and obstacle of installation on both prefabricated sheet and spray insulation types that match best with the space limitation and user requirement. The studies’ result reveal that spray insulation types is suitable for the construction site, while prefabricated sheet fit best with finished building.
