Abstract: This study aimed to explore the determinant factors affecting decision making of Chinese medical tourists on choosing Thai hospitals. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 400 convenient samples of Chinese medical tourists using services provided by major international hospitals in Bangkok. A stepwise multiple regression was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that there were four variables affecting decision making process of Chinese medical tourists on choosing Thai hospitals; namely, perceived risk, promotion, cost and reputation.
