Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของแต่ละบุคคล การมีส่วนร่วม การรับรู้ด้านคุณค่า และความคาดหวังด้านบริการที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการ ที่ศูนย์สร้างเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตสำหรับผู้เกษียณอายุงาน ของประเทศไทยในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 300 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม และรวบรวมข้อมูลมาทำการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติ เชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิงได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบง่าย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 65 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีร้อยละ 69.3 รายได้เลี้ยงชีพในอนาคตจากเงินบำเหน็จ บำนาญร้อยละ 45.3 ส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิกศูนย์บริการที่ใดร้อยละ 98 มีรายได้พอใช้ร้อยละ 93.3 มีความสนใจในการดูแลสุขภาพร้อยละ 93 ช่วงเวลาที่เลือกใช้ศูนย์บริการเป็นช่วงวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์ในช่วงเวลา 10.00-20.00 น.ร้อยละ 52.7 ปัจจัยที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับความเห็นด้วยมากที่สุดคือความคาดหวังด้านการบริการ รองลงมาเป็นการรับรู้ด้านคุณค่า ความต้องการของแต่ละบุคคล การมีส่วนร่วม ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการ และสรุปผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐานได้ว่า ความต้องการของแต่ละบุคคล การมีส่วนร่วม การรับรู้ด้านคุณค่า ส่งผลต่อความคาดหวังด้านการบริการ และความตั้งใจใช้บริการ ส่วนความคาดหวังด้านบริการ ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05
This research aimed to study how personal needs, participation, perceived value and expected service affect the retirees’ intention of using services at Health Center, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. Data collected from 300 questionnaire respondents was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and reference statistics which comprise percentage, means, standard deviations, multiple regression analysis, and simple regression analysis. The research findings show the majority, 65% of respondents is female, 69.3 % of them holding bachelor’s degrees, and 45.3% of their future income is from their pensions. According to the study, it is also found that 98% of these respondents are not members of any service centers, 93.3% receiving moderate income, and 93% having an interest in health care. For the time of using services at the Health Center, 52.7% of the respondents come during 10.00-20.00 hrs. at weekends. The results demonstrate the respondents agree at the highest level that the expected service affect the intention of using services at the center, while the perceived value, personal needs, and participation have respectively less effect on their intent. To conclude, personal needs, participation, perceived value, and expected service are more likely to affect the intention to use the service at the significance level of 0.05
