กระบวนการสื่อสารและแนวทางการพัฒนากิจกรรมบ้านครูเอื้อในโครงการอัมพวา ชัยพัฒนานุรักษ์

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง “กระบวนการสื่อสารและแนวทางการพัฒนากิจกรรมของบ้านครูเอื้อ ในโครงการอัมพวา ชัยพัฒนานุรักษ์” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสื่อสารบ้านครูเอื้อในโครงการอัมพวาชัยพัฒนานุรักษ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติและการยอมรับของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการรับรู้และการยอมรับกิจกรรมบ้านครูเอื้อ ในโครงการอัมพวา ชัยพัฒนานุรักษ์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนากิจกรรมของบ้านครูเอื้อในโครงการอัมพวา ชัยพัฒนานุรักษ์ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลในเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับบุคคลที่เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลหลัก (Key Informants) จำนวน 8 คน และกลุ่มผู้เดินทางไปท่องเที่ยวที่ อัมพวาที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 20 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มูลนิธิสุนทราภรณ์ (หน่วยงานที่ดูแลพิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านครูเอื้อ) มีกระบวนการสื่อสารที่หลายช่องทาง ได้แก่ สื่อโทรทัศน์ สื่อวิทยุและทางสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ คือ เว็บไซต์ เฟซบุ๊ก อีเมล์ ด้านทัศนคติและการยอมรับของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเที่ยวบ้านครูเอื้อคือ ทุกคนยอมรับเพลงสุนทราภรณ์ แต่อยากให้มีการตกแต่งภายในบ้านครูเอื้อหรือปรับเปลี่ยนมุมให้มีพื้นที่กว้างขึ้น กลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวคนรุ่นใหม่ไม่รู้สึกสนใจที่จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเพราะรู้สึกว่าไม่ใช่สไตล์คนรุ่นใหม่ ควรนำเพลงสุนทราภรณ์มาปรับใหม่ให้เป็นเวอร์ชันที่ขับร้องโดยศิลปินรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อเป็นการดึงดูดความสนใจของกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ได้มากยิ่งขึ้น แนวทางที่จะพัฒนากิจกรรมบ้านครูเอื้อคือ 1) ในอนาคตอาจมีเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของกิจกรรมตามเทศกาลหรือวันหยุด โดยมีรูปแบบที่ทันสมัยขึ้นเพื่อให้เข้ากับยุคสมัย 2) ควรมีแนวทางพัฒนาการสร้างประสบการณ์ผู้เข้าชมมีส่วนร่วมและสนใจกิจกรรมบ้านครูเอื้อ เช่น มีมุมแสดงเครื่องดนตรี และการร้องเพลงสดของสุนทราภรณ์บริเวณพิพิธภัณฑ์ 3) การใช้สื่อมัลติมีเดียเข้ามาช่วยในการจัดแสดง ให้มีความทันสมัย และการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีเอกลักษณ์เข้ากับวัตถุที่จัดแสดงในบ้านครูเอื้อ 4) พิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านครูเอื้อควรเชื่อมโยงกับหลักสูตรทางดนตรีตามโรงเรียนและมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้เยาวชนเห็นถึงความสำคัญของครูเอื้อและเพลงของท่าน และ 5) การให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมของโครงการชัยพัฒนานุรักษ์ ส่งผลให้พิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านครูเอื้อเป็นที่รู้จักมากยิ่งขึ้น

The objectives of this research: “Communication process and activity development guidelines of Baan Kru Aue in Ampawa’s conservation and development project” were to 1) examine the communication process of Bann Kru Aue in Ampawa’s conservation and development project 2) examine the attitude and acceptance of tourists to the awareness and activity acceptance of Baan Kru Aue in Ampawa’s conservation and development project 3) examine the activity development guideline of Baan Kru Aue in Ampawa’s conservation and development project. This research was conducted qualitatively by doing an in-depth interview with 8 key informants and 20 tourist in Ampawa aged above 18 years old. The research showed that Suntharaporn Foundation (looking after Kru Aue Museum) had a communication process at various channels, namely television, radio as well as social media, such as website, Facebook, and email. As for attitude and acceptance of tourists visiting Kru Aue Museum was everyone accepted Suntharaporn songs but they wanted to have an interior decoration for Kru Aue Museum. Tourists of the new generation were not interested in participating in the event because they felt that it was not a new generation style. There should re-adjust Suntharaporn songs to be the version sung by new artists in order to attract the attention of the younger generation more. Guidelines to develop Kru Aue Museum’ s activity were 1) in the future, there might be additional activities in part according to festivals or holidays with modern forms to match the era 2) There should be a guideline to develop experiences for visitors to participate and interested in activities of Kru Aue Museum such as having a corner showing the instrument and live singing of Suntharaporn in the museum area 3) using multimedia to assist in the show to be modern and the design of unique architecture with objects that are exhibited in Kru Aue Museum 4) Kru Aue Museum needed to connect with music courses at schools and universities for the youth to see the importance of Kru Aue and his songs and 5) people in the community in the activities must participate in the Chaipattana Nurak Project, enabling Kru Aue become more known.
