เปรียบเทียบการเล่าเรื่อง สัมพันธบท และบริบทของนวนิยาย ละครโทรทัศน์ และภาพยนตร์กรณีศึกษา: ทวิภพ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบองค์ประกอบของสื่อ นวนิยาย สื่อโทรทัศน์ และสื่อภาพยนตร์ เรื่อง “ทวิภพ” 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบสัมพันธบทของสื่อนวนิยาย สื่อโทรทัศน์ และสื่อภาพยนตร์ เรื่อง “ทวิภพ” 3) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบบริบทสังคมไทย เรื่อง “ทวิภพ” ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเลือกตัวอย่างมาจำนวน 1 เรื่อง ได้แก่ เรื่อง “ทวิภพ” โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ 1) นวนิยายเรื่อง “ทวิภพ” โดย ทมยันตี สำนักพิมพ์ ณ บ้านวรรณกรรม ฉบับพิมพ์ครั้งที่13 ปี พ.ศ. 2551 จำนวน 2 เล่ม ผู้วิจัยได้หาซื้อจากร้านขายหนังสือ 2) ดีวีดีละครโทรทัศน์เรื่อง “ทวิภพ” ออกอากาศทางสถานีโทรทัศน์สีกองทัพบกช่อง 7 ในปี พ.ศ. 2537 และ พ.ศ. 2554 โดยหาซื้อจากร้านขายวีซีดี – ดีวีดี และชมจากสื่ออินเทอร์เน็ต 3) ดีวีดีภาพยนตร์เรื่อง “ทวิภพ” ฉายในโรงภาพยนตร์ในปี พ.ศ. 2533 และ พ.ศ. 2547 ซึ่งได้จากบุคคลที่ซื้อเก็บดีวีดีภาพยนตร์ในปีดังกล่าว โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เนื่องจากต้องการศึกษาตัวอย่างที่มีชื่อเสียง ได้รับความนิยม และได้รับการดัดแปลงซ้ำ (Reproduction) ผ่านสามสื่อ ได้แก่ นวนิยาย ละครโทรทัศน์ และภาพยนตร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความแตกต่างของการเล่าเรื่องจากบทนวนิยายเรื่อง “ทวิภพ” กับการนำมาทำเป็นละครโทรทัศน์และภาพยนตร์นั้น ส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้มีความแตกต่างกันมาก เนื่องจากละครโทรทัศน์ทั้ง 2 ชุด และ ภาพยนตร์ พ.ศ. 2533 ได้มีการเล่าเรื่องส่วนใหญ่ตามแบบที่นวนิยายได้บรรยายไว้ ขณะเดียวกันภาพยนตร์ พ.ศ. 2547 นั้นได้มีการจัดทำเนื้อหาออกมาได้แตกต่างออกไป โดยได้กล่าวถึงในช่วงยุคปลายสมัยรัชกาลที่ 4 และต้นรัชกาลที่ 5 แทน โดยเนื้อหาจะเน้นออกไปทางการเมืองมากกว่าเรื่องรักใคร่ของพระนาง ดั่งที่นวนิยายได้บรรยายเอาไว้ ด้านสัมพันธบท พบว่าโดยส่วนมากแล้วละครโทรทัศน์ทั้ง 2 ชุด และภาพยนตร์ทั้ง 2 ชุด ได้มีการคงเดิมไว้ตามแบบนวนิยาย แต่ถึงอย่างไรก็ตามเนื่องจากละครโทรทัศน์เป็นสื่อที่แสดงให้เห็นการกระทำของตัวละครผ่านหน้าจอโทรทัศน์ และได้จัดทำในยุคสมัยที่แตกต่างกัน ดังนั้นในเรื่องของฉาก มุมมอง และบทสนทนาเป็นต้น ละครโทรทัศน์จะสามารถแสดงออกมาให้ผู้รับสารเห็นได้มากกว่า จึงสามารถที่จะขยายความหรือดัดแปลงบทต่างๆ ในนวนิยายได้ตามความเหมาะสม ความแตกต่างทางด้านบริบทนั้นพบว่าภาพยนตร์ พ.ศ. 2547 ได้มีการนำเสนอบริบทที่แตกต่างออกไป เนื่องจากได้นำเสนอเรื่องราวในปีของรัชกาลที่ 4 รวมถึงบุคคลที่อยู่ในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 4 ที่ถูกเพิ่มเติมเข้ามา ที่พักอาศัย และยศของพระนางที่ถูกกำหนดไว้ในบทภาพยนตร์ชุดนี้ บริบทแวดล้อมที่ปรากฏออกมาจึงมีความแตกต่างทั้งทางสังคม วัฒนธรรม การเมือง และเศรษฐกิจ

This research has purposed to study 1) the elements comparison between the novel, television and "Tawipob" film media, 2) the intertextuality comparison between the novel, television and "Tawipob" film media, 3) the context comparison of Thai society by selecting "Tawipob" as a sample, and its details as following; 1) The novel "Tawipob" by Thommayanti Publishing House, at the Literature Publishing house, 13th edition, 2008, for 2 books, the researcher got them from the bookstore. The Film’s DVD "Tawipob" was broadcast on Channel 7 television in 1994 and 2011, which bought from VCD-DVD shop and viewed from internet media. 3) "Tawipob" DVD movie was released on theaters in the year BE. 1990 and 2004, from the person who bought the movie DVD in that year. A qualitative research method was used in this research, then selecting a sample by purposive sampling due to the purpose of studied sample from the famous, popular, and reproduction via three media which were; novels, TV series and films. The research had found that there were no big differences in the narratives "Tawipob" novel between TV series and film. Due to both TV series and the 1990 film were mostly made based on the novels. However, the film that made in 2004 had some different content. It was mentioned in the late reign of King Rama 4 and the beginning reign of King 5, which the content would rather focus on politics than the affair. According to, the novel was written, it was found that the relationship between the TV series and both films kept maintained the original novel. Nevertheless, the TV series is the media that shows the character's acting via the television screen and was made in a different era. Thus, either scene, view and dialogue, etc. the TV series would have much more accessed to the audience. As a result, it could be expanded or modified the context in the novel appropriately. The research had found that there was a contextual difference in 2004 film, which broadcasted as different context. The story told about the reign of King Rama IV, including with the people who live in reign of King Rama 4 that was added in the story, residences, and ranking that were set in this film. The surrounding contexts were different in terms of social, cultural, political, and economic.
