Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประโยชน์ใช้สอยภายในของพื้นที่สำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปันแต่ละประเภท 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของผู้มาใช้งานพื้นที่สำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปัน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดวางพื้นที่สำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปัน และ 4) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทาง ประโยชน์ใช้สอยของพื้นที่สำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปัน เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับ ผู้มาใช้บริการ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยโดยแบบสอบถาม การสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ขนาดพื้นที่สำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปันในหลาย ๆ ที่ถือว่ามีขนาดที่เหมาะสมทั้งในรูปแบบ ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ การให้บริการแบบครบวงจร (Full Function) และการให้บริการในบางส่วน (Small Function) ซึ่งสามารถตอบสนองลักษณะการใช้งานของลูกค้าแต่ละประเภทได้ ทำให้ผู้มาใช้บริการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น มีพื้นที่ทำงานแบบส่วนตัว ซึ่งพื้นที่สำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปันของแต่ละที่จะมีความแตกต่างกัน หลากหลายรูปแบบ ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทการใช้งาน ซึ่งผู้มาใช้บริการสามารถประเมิณความต้องการในแต่ละส่วนให้บริการด้วยตัวเองได้ว่าจะมาใช้งานสำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปันนั้น ๆ ในส่วนใด และรูปแบบใดที่สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการในการใช้บริการได้ดีที่สุด พฤติกรรมของผู้มาใช้บริการสำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปัน หลายคนมีจุดประสงค์ที่คล้ายคลึงกัน เช่น ต้องการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้มาใช้บริการ ท่านอื่นเพื่อสร้างความสนิทสนมคุ้นเคยกัน และสามารถต่อยอดทางธุรกิจกันได้ในอนาคต ซึ่งสามารถช่วยเพิ่มการขยายชุมชนได้มากขึ้น และการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ทางสำนักงานร่วมแบ่งปันเตรียม ไว้ให้ ผู้มาใช้บริการสามารถเลือกใช้เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับงานที่ทำได้ อาทิเช่น ถ้าต้องการประชุมและผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมมีหลายคน การนำเสนองานผ่านทีวีหรือจอโปรเจคเตอร์ก็จะสะดวกในการมองเห็น กับผู้ร่วมประชุมทุกคน อุปกรณ์สำนักงานอื่น ๆ เช่น เครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร อินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง ทีวี อื่น ๆ จึงจำเป็นต่อผู้มาใช้บริการเป็นอย่างมาก
This research is a survey research. The objectives were 1) To study the internal utility of each coworking space 2) To study the behavior of the coworking space users. 3) To study the right layout of coworking space and 4) To provide guidance for someone who want to start coworking space business. A naturalistic inquiry though participant observation, survey, interview has been used as tools to understand how aforementioned factors are related. The research found that there are many different types of function of coworking space that can be used in different ways to support users to make relationship with others while working there. Eventhough a private work area still important for customer to work. The coworking space have many variety of working area depending on usage type. Both in terms of Full Function and Small Function, Many people have a similar purpose for using coworking space, such as wanting to interact with other people, to create a sense of intimacy and be able to grow in business in the future. This can help to increase community expansion. If the user does not interact with other people. This will make all members of the service have a high self-blocking and make new users do not dare to interact too. The users can choose to use the service to suit their needs. For example, if there are multiple meetings and attendees, TV Presentation or the projector will be easy to see with all participants. The other office equipment such as copiers. High speed internet, other TVs are very necessary for the users too.
