การประเมินศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว ทางธรรมชาติจังหวัดบึงกาฬ

Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาประเมินศักยภาพของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติของจังหวัดบึงกาฬ 2) เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส อุปสรรค ของจังหวัดบึงกาฬ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติของจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นฐานแหล่งท่องเที่ยวกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ภาครัฐจำนวน 2 คน ผู้ประกอบการ 30 คน และนักท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 400 คน จากแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติจังหวัดบึงกาฬ จำนวน 10 แห่ง วิธีการทางสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์ภายในและภายนอก ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20 - 30 ปี สภาพโสด การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นข้าราชการ/ รัฐวิสาหกิจ มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 10,000 - 15,000 บาท ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เดินทางมากับครอบครัว เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดบึงกาฬ 2-3 ครั้ง ส่วนใหญ่เดินทางมาโดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว เพื่อพักผ่อน/ ท่องเที่ยว มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในภูมิภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือเป็นส่วนใหญ่ มูลเหตุในการตัดสินใจเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดบึงกาฬ คือความสนใจเฉพาะตน ผู้ตอบแบบส่วนใหญ่เคยเดินทางไปท่องเที่ยวภูทอก (วัดเจติยาศรีวิหาร) แหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติในจังหวัดบึงกาฬที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มี จำนวน 10 แห่งดังนี้ 1) ภูทอก (วัดเจติยาศีรีวิหาร) 2) น้ำตกถ้ำฝุ่น 3) น้ำตกเจ็ดสี 4) น้ำตกถ้ำพระ 5) น้ำตกชะแนน 6) หาดคำสมบูรณ์ 7) มหัศจรรย์บึงริมบัว – แพล่อง @ หนองเลิง 8) ภูสิงห์ 9) หาดสีดา 10) บึงโขงหลง จากการศึกษาพบว่าแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโดยรวมมีศักยภาพในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นต่อศักยภาพด้านความพร้อมทางลักษณะกายภาพและศักยภาพด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม โดยมีผลคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.17 และ 3.71 เมื่อศึกษาศักยภาพของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวโดยจำแนกตาม แหล่งท่องเที่ยวพบว่า ภูทอก (วัดเจติยาศีรีวิหาร) น้ำตกถ้ำฝุ่น น้ำตกเจ็ดสี มหัศจรรย์บึงริมบัว – ล่องแพ @ หนองเลิง ภูสิงห์ มีศักยภาพอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อวิเคาระห์ถึงแนวทางการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวพบว่า ภาครัฐและเอกชนควรมีการส่งเสริม 3 ด้านหลักต่อไปนี้ 1) ด้านการตลาดการท่องเที่ยว 2) ด้านแหล่งท่องเที่ยว 3) ด้านการบริการการท่องเที่ยว นอกจากนี้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามยังเสนอแนะให้ 1) มีการจัดให้มีการจัดทำเว็บไซต์เพื่อแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในท้องถิ่นด้านแหล่งท่องเที่ยว 2) ควรมีการสนับสนุนหรือจัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการดูแลรักษามิให้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเสื่อมโทรม 3) มีการสนับสนุนหรือจัดให้มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น ห้องน้ำสาธารณะ ที่จอดรถ แผนผังการท่องเที่ยว เป็นต้น 4) ด้านการบริการการท่องเที่ยว ควรมีการสนับสนุนให้มีพาหนะโดยสารที่มีระบบความปลอดภัยไว้บริการนักท่องเที่ยว เช่น รถโดยสาร

The objectives of this research study were: 1) to study and assess the potential of the natural attractions of BuengKan province, 2) to study the current situation of BuengKan province by using the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), and 3) to provide the recommendations to promote tourism in BuengKan province. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and interview forms, and the basic information survey. The samples for interview in the research were 2 officials from public sector, 30 operators, and 400 tourists who visited 10 natural attractions in BuengKan province. The statistical methods used to analyze data were content analysis and internal and external analysis, means, percentage, and standard deviationFrom the study results, it was found that the majority of respondents was female, those aged between 20-30 years, single person, holding an undergraduate degree, worked for a government / state enterprise, income was10,000 - 15,000 baht. The majority have traveled BuengKan 2-3 times with their family. Most of them travelled by car to relax / to travel. They were mainly located in the northeastern region. The reason for the decision to travel to BuengKan province was their own interest. Most respondents used to travel to PhuThok (WatChetiyasiwihan). There were 10 natural attractions in BuengKan used in this study: 1) PhuThok (WatChetiyasiwihan), 2) Thamfun waterfall, 3) Chet Si Waterfall, 4 Tham PhraWaterfall, 5) Chanan waterfall, 6) Khamsombun beach, 7) Bua Rim pond- Rafting in Nongloeng , 8) PhuSing, 9) Sida beach, 10) Khong Long pond. From the study, it was found that the overall tourist attraction has high potential. When each aspect was considered, it was found mean scores on physical characteristics potential, economic and social potential were 4.17 and 3.71,consequently from respondents’ perspective. When the potential of tourism classified by tourist attraction was considered, it was found that PhuThok (WatChetiyasiwihan), Thamfun waterfall, Chet Si Waterfall, Rim Buapond - Rafting in Nongloeng , and Phu Sing was at a high level. In terms of respondent’s opinions on ways to promote tourism in BuengKan, tourism marketing was ranked No. 1, tourist attraction was ranked No. 2 and tourist services was ranked No. 3. From the analysis result, the recommendations from the findings are 1) a website should be established to introduce local attractions in the aspect of tourism marketing, 2) there should be staffs or officials responsible for the maintenance of tourist attractions in the aspect of tourism support. 3) there should be supports or provision of facilities such as public toilets, parking lots, tourism maps, etc., and 4) there should also provide tourism services and a passenger-friendly bus system such as a bus
