การประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้อาคารของพนักงานส่วนกลาง สำนักงานโฮมโปร สาขารังสิต จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้อาคารของพนักงานส่วนกลาง สำนักงาน โฮมโปร สาขารังสิต จังหวัดปทุมธานี เนื่องจากอาคารเป็นอาคารเก่าที่อยู่ในช่วงเริ่มก่อตั้งบริษัท และมีการปรับเปลี่ยนพื้นที่ใช้สอยในส่วนที่เป็นสำนักงานมาหลายครั้ง ทำให้พื้นที่ใช้งานบางส่วนไม่เหมาะสมกับการทำงาน การปรับแก้ไขพื้นที่ให้มีความเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานในปัจจุบันเป็นเรื่องที่มีความซับซ้อนทั้งในการจัดสรรพื้นที่ในสายงาน ปัญหาพื้นที่การจัดวางงานระบบต่าง ๆ ในครั้งแรกที่เริ่มก่อสร้าง และมีค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นจำนวนมากหากต้องการย้ายตำแหน่งงานระบบ การวิจัยได้ศึกษาถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพอาคารที่ก่อสร้างมาแล้วกว่า 20 ปี เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหาทางกายภาพของอาคารว่ามีผลต่อการจัดวางพื้นที่สำนักงานในปัจจุบันอย่างไร การออกแบบอาคารในครั้งแรกสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานอยู่หรือไม่จากวัตถุประสงค์ในการออกแบบอาคารครั้งนั้น การวิจัยจะใช้วิธีประเมินประสิทธิภาพหลังการเข้าใช้งานในตัวอาคาร (Post Occupancy Evaluation: POE) ของพนักงานส่วนกลางที่ทำงานภายในอาคารโฮมโปรสาขารังสิต เพื่อให้ทราบถึงผลความพึงพอใจ ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการใช้งานและความต้องการของผู้ที่ทำงานภายในอาคาร โดยใช้หลักงานออกแบบทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมภายในเพื่อเป็นข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนา และปรับปรุงพื้นที่สำนักงานโฮมโปรสาขารังสิต และสำนักงานแห่งอื่นต่อไป

The objective of the study was to assess the satisfaction towards the building occupancy among employees of the Homepro Central Office Building, Ransit Branch, Pathum Thani Province. This office building is an old building, which was built during the establishment of the company and the office space has been refurbished for several times. This, subsequently, has caused some areas to become unsuitable for the current usage. The modification of the building to better serve the current usage is rather complex due to an issue of space allocation for the work area, as well as the problem from the system installation in some areas when the construction was initiated. In addition, expenses for moving these systems would be relatively high. The study was conducted to investigate changes in the conditions of the building that was built for over 20 years, in order to determine physical problems of the building and how they would affect the current office layout. The study also aimed to examine whether or not the original design of the building was able to serve the needs of the users based on its initial purpose of the construction. The Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) was measured among employees of the Homepro Central Office Building, Rangsit Branch with an aim to assess the satisfaction, the problems or the obstacles, and the needs of the building users. The recommendation was drawn based on the interior design principles as a guideline for the future development and improvement of Homepro offices, including Rangsit branch and other branches to better serve the users’ needs.
