การจัดผังพื้นที่ภายในร้านหนังสือ: กรณีศึกษา ร้านซีเอ็ดบุ๊คเซ็นเตอร์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของร้านหนังสือซีเอ็ดบุ๊คเซ็นเตอร์ในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงศึกษาความพึงพอใจด้านการให้บริการของร้านหนังสือ ซีเอ็ดบุ๊คเซ็นเตอร์ และนำผลการวิจัยที่ได้มาเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนารูปแบบผังร้านหนังสือ ซีเอ็ดบุ๊คเซ็นเตอร์ การศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการเข้าสำรวจพื้นที่ การสังเกตพฤติกรรมผู้เข้าใช้สถานที่ การสัมภาษณ์พนักงาน รวมถึงการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 246 คน ด้านความสนใจในสินค้า ความสะดวกใช้การเข้าใช้บริการ และด้านความพึงพอใจ แล้วนำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติตามวิธีของเร็นสิส (Likert Type) ผลจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า เกณฑ์ในการจัดผังพื้นที่โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับที่เหมาะสม แต่จะมีปัญหากับบางส่วน เช่น ส่วนการจัดแสดงสินค้า ส่วนฝากสัมภาระ ด้านทางสัญจรคับแคบ ด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าใช้บริการพบว่า ประเด็นต่าง ๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง - มาก ซึ่งข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามผู้เข้าใช้บริการพบว่า มีปัญหาด้านทางสัญจรคับแคบ ผู้เข้าใช้บริการบางส่วนต้องการพื้นที่นั่งเพื่ออ่านหนังสือ และผู้เข้าใช้บริการบางส่วนต้องการจุดบริการน้ำดื่มหรือกาแฟ ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์แสดงให้เห็นถึง ข้อจำกัดของทางห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ส่งผลถึงการออกแบบและตกแต่ง และข้อจำกัดที่มาจากนโยบายของทางร้านหนังสือซึ่งสามารถนำมาใช้เป็นแนวทางในการเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงผังร้านหนังสือซีเอ็ดบุ๊คเซ็นเตอร์ได้

This research study to suggest the interior architecture of the bookstore. The results of research that has been proposed to develop layouts of SE-ED book Center. This research study collected data by the survey area. Observing the behavior of user in area. The interview. The data were collected using a questionnaire of 246 people interested in the product. Ease of use of services and satisfaction. Then the results were analyzed by statistical methods. The study showed basis of the overall layout at reasonable level. But there are problems with some as part of the exhibit, the baggage, The thoroughfare is narrow. The sample respondents were satisfied after using the store in various aspects at a medium to high level. which access the data from the survey found problem narrow thoroughfare, some users needs space to sit and read a book and some users needs water or coffee. Results from the analysis identified limitations of the mall, limitations of the policy of the bookstore. Which can be used as a guide to plan for improvement SE-ED Book Center bookstore.
