Abstract: Even though the functionality of Supply Chain Management is widely accepted among its practitioners as the core of the organizations in terms of its efficiency and effectiveness, the influence of Human Resource Management on Supply Chain has started to be realized as a main element of Supply Chain success. Without high level of employee performance and dedication provided, success of Supply Chain Management may stay in danger. This study provides a detailed discussion on how Human Resource Management practices help companies to implement supply chain successfully. In this study, mixed methods are employed to obtain primary data to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management on Supply Chain Qualitative Performance. In this research, it is found that each of Human Resource Management practices has strongly significant impact on Supply Chain Qualitative Performance.
