วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อศึกษากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมและแนวทางการออกแบบที่เหมาะสมในการออกแบบพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชนกรณีศึกษา: ชุมชนมอญวัดศาลาแดงเหนือ ตำบลเชียงรากน้อย อำเภอสามโคก จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อศึกษากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชน: กรณี ศึกษา บ้านศาลาแดงเหนือ ตำบลเชียงรากน้อย อำเภอสามโคก จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาขั้นตอนการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อนำไปสู่การออกแบบแบบมีส่วนร่วมพิพิธภัณฑ์ของชุมชนศาลาแดงเหนือ เกิดขึ้นจากความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของเรือในฐานะของเครื่องย้ำเตือนความทรงจำในวิถีชีวิตที่ผูกพันกับสายน้ำและการเดินทางค้าขายในอดีตของคนรุ่นก่อน ชาวชุมชนวัดศาลาแดงเหนือจึงเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์ขนบธรรมเนียมและวิถีชีวิตของคนรุ่นก่อนเพื่อจะจัดตั้งเป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์เรือชุมชนขึ้นจากแนวความคิดของชุมชนเอง จึงนำมาสู่กระบวนการร่วมมือกันระหว่างชุมชน คณาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพที่ได้เข้ามามีบทบาทในการร่วมกันออกแบบสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมโดยมีโครงการออกแบบพิพิธภัณฑ์เรือเป็นสื่อกลางในการทำงานร่วมกัน จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมผู้วิจัยสามารถกำหนดขั้นตอนโดยมุ่งศึกษา 3 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 1. ขั้นตอนการออกแบบแบบมีส่วนร่วมเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนสำรวจข้อมูลบริบท ขั้นตอนการออกแบบเบื้องต้น ขั้นตอนการนำเสนอนิทรรศการ ขั้นตอนการประเมินผลโครงการเบื้องต้น 2. ขั้นสำรวจข้อมูลวัตถุจัดแสดง ได้แก่ การเก็บข้อมูล วัตถุจัดแสดงจากข้อมูลเดิม การสัมภาษณ์ การถ่ายภาพและการประเมินโครงการ 3. ขั้นตอนการออกแบบอย่างมีส่วนร่วม ทุกขั้นตอนตั้งเป้าหมายไว้ที่ชุมชนเป็นศูนย์กลางในการตัดสินใจ งานวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยกลุ่มประชากรที่ทำการศึกษา คือ ผู้นำชุมชน ปราชญ์ชุมชน ชาวบ้านในชุมชน คณาจารย์และนักศึกษา คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลใช้การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การสำรวจทำทะเบียนวัตถุ ทำแบบสอบถามและการออกแบบผังร่วมกัน การทำงานร่วมกันตลอดกระบวนการออกแบบแบบมีส่วนร่วมจะช่วยส่งเสริมให้ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักออกแบบและผู้ใช้งานออกแบบในพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชนได้ตามความต้องการและตรงวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผู้ใช้ปรารถนา แนวทางการขั้นตอนการเก็บข้อมูล เพื่อนำไปสู่การออกแบบพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชนอย่างมีส่วนร่วม จำเป็นต้องใช้ศักยภาพของคนในชุมชน เพื่อรวบรวมเรื่องราวทางประวัติศาสตร์ความเป็นมาของชุมชน ประเพณีความเชื่อและวัฒนธรรมของคนไทยเชื้อสายมอญที่ได้ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมาตั้งแต่สมัยบรรพบุรุษจนกลายเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนมอญ อย่างไรก็ตามกระบวนการสร้างความมีส่วนร่วมนี้เป็นเพียงก้าวที่หนึ่งของการรักษามรดกชุมชนมอญนี้ หากจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องมีก้าวต่อไปในการทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อให้บรรลุการอนุรักษ์ที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป

The Participatory Action Research for educate the processing and appropriate design guidelines to be a partner for design the local museum: Case study North saladaeng village, Chiengraknoi district, Samkhok Ampher, Pathumthani Province. Its aim is to study the production of the plan which has been produced with the participation of north Saladaeng villages in order to measure the customs of the Mon culture by building this museum as its center piece. The objective to gathering information to study the design process with participate of Saladaeng-Nua community. The Research is arises from the awareness of the importance of the ship, as the reminder memory of life river in the history of the previous generation. The Saladaeng-Nua temple community realize about the importance of the conservation of culture and previous generation lifestyle, so establish the community ship museum is come from the notion of community itself. The partnership between community, faculty of teacher and students from Faculty of Architecture of Bangkok University are designing process of participation which have the ship museum as medium for collaboration. From review of the literature, researcher can determine the procedure by focus on three issues. 1. Initial designing process which consist of data surveying phrase, initial designing phrase, exhibition presentation phrase and initial project evaluation phase. 2. Exhibit object survey phrase which consist of original object data, interview, photography and project evaluation. 3. Participatory design process. All phrases have set central decision at community for target.

This research used qualitative methodology which studies populations are community leaders, sage, inhabitant, teacher and students from Faculty of Architecture of Bangkok University. The methodology use observation, interview, object register surveying, survey and collaboration throughout designing. These participations will enhance the relationship between designers and users, design to meet the needs and match objectives of users. The data gathering method for designing museum community with participation must require potential of community for collect the history of community, traditional belief and culture of Thai with Mon descent which practices of the people from its predecessor until become Cultural heritage of Mon community. Anyway, the process of participation is the step of preserve this Mon community, require next step in the collaboration, to achieve Conservation, sustainable.
