อิทธิพลของคุณภาพสารสนเทศต่อการใช้งาน ความพึงพอใจ และประโยชน์ที่ได้รับของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล

Abstract

การศึกษาอิทธิพลของคุณภาพสารสนเทศต่อการใช้งาน ความพึงพอใจ และประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ ของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน อันได้แก่ คุณภาพสารสนเทศประกอบด้วยมิติด้านเนื้อหา มิติด้านความสมบูรณ์ มิติด้านความถูกต้องมิติด้านรูปแบบ และมิติด้านความทันเวลา (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน อันได้แก่ คุณภาพสารสนเทศ และการใช้งานเว็บOPAC ห้องสมุด (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์ที่ได้รับของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน อันได้แก่ การใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน เว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด และ (4) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุอิทธิพลของคุณภาพสารสนเทศต่อการใช้งาน ความพึงพอใจ และประโยชน์ที่ได้รับของผู้ใช้งานเว็บOPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบัน อุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล ที่พัฒนาขึ้นตามแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ตัวแปรอิสระคือ คุณภาพสารสนเทศที่ประกอบไปด้วยมิติด้านเนื้อหา มิติด้านความสมบูรณ์ มิติด้านความถูกต้องมิติด้านรูปแบบ และมิติด้านความทันเวลา ตัวแปรคั่นกลาง ได้แก่ การใช้งานเว็บ OPAC และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน และตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่ ประโยชน์ ที่ได้รับของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยทำการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล จำนวน 532 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การหาค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการศึกษาแสดงว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ค่าไค–สแควร์ เท่ากับ 454.725 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) 424 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (p–value) เท่ากับ 0.146 ไค–สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ เท่ากับ 1.072 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.966 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้ (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.904 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1.000 ค่าดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของส่วนที่เหลือมาตรฐาน (SRMR) เท่ากับ 0.021 ค่าดัชนีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.012 นอกจากนี้ผล การวิจัยยังพบว่า (1) คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านเนื้อหามีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (2) คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านความถูกต้องมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด(3) คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านรูปแบบมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (4)คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านความทันเวลามีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (5) คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านความสมบูรณ์มีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (6) คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านความถูกต้องมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (7) คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านรูปแบบมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (8) คุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านความทันเวลามีอิทธิพลทาง บวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (9) การใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด (10) การใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประโยชน์ที่ได้รับของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดและ (11) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPACห้องสมุดมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประโยชน์ที่ได้รับของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุด ผลจากการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้คือ ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล ควรมุ่งเน้นคุณภาพสารสนเทศในมิติด้านเนื้อหา มิติด้านความสมบูรณ์ มิติด้านความถูกต้องมิติด้านรูปแบบ และมิติด้านความทันเวลา เพื่อส่งผลให้เกิดการใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน และประโยชน์ที่ได้รับของผู้ใช้งานเว็บ OPAC ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑลในที่สุด

The objectives of this research are (1) To study the influence of information quality which consist of the dimensions of content, completeness, accuracy, format, and timeliness on library web OPAC usage; (2) To study the influence of information quality and library web OPAC usage on user satisfaction; (3) To study the influence of library web OPAC usage and user satisfaction on user’s benefits; and (4) To validate a causal relationship model of influence of information quality on web OPAC usage, user satisfaction, and user’s benefits with empirical data. The variables in this investigation consist of the following: information quality as the independent variable consist of the dimensions of content, completeness, accuracy, format, and timeliness; web OPAC usage and user satisfaction as mediating variables; and user’s benefits as a dependent variable. The researcher use quantitative methods which involve empirical research.

The instrument of this research is a questionnaire used to collect data from 532 students who studying in private higher education institutions in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The statistics used in data analysis are frequency, mean and structural equation model analysis.

It was found that the model was consistent with the empirical data. Goodness of fit measures were found to be Chi-square = 454.725; Degree of freedom =424; p-value = 0.146; Relative Chi-square = 1.072; Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0.966; Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) = 0.904; Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 1.000; Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0.021 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.012. It was also found that (1) Information quality in the dimension of content was a positive and direct influence on web OPAC usage. (2) Information quality in the dimension of accuracy was a positive and direct influence on web OPAC usage. (3) Information quality in the dimension of format was a positive and direct influence on web OPAC usage. (4) Information quality in the dimension of timelinesswas a positive and direct influence on web OPAC usage. (5) Information quality in the dimension of completeness was a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. (6) Information quality in the dimension of accuracy was a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. (7) Information quality in the dimension of format was a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. (8) Information quality in the dimension of timeliness was a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. (9) Web OPAC usage was a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. (10) Web OPAC usage was a positive and direct influence on student’s benefits.and (11) Users satisfaction was a positive and direct influence on student’s benefits. On the basis of these findings, the researcher recommends that private higher education institutions in Bangkok Metropolitan Regionshould fully focus on information quality in the dimensions of content, completeness, accuracy, format and timeliness to deepen the web OPAC usage, user satisfaction and student’s benefits.
