แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวเชิงประวัติศาสตร์ กรณีศึกษา หมู่บ้านอรัญญิก จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษานโยบายด้านการท่องเที่ยวของหมู่บ้านอรัญญิก (2) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาด้านการท่องเที่ยวของคนในชุมชนอรัญญิก (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวของหมู่บ้านอรัญญิก โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยสอบถามกับกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย จำนวน 400 คน และกลุ่มผู้อยู่อาศัยในหมู่บ้านอรัญญิก จำนวน 235 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ จำนวน 4 แห่ง และกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการในหมู่บ้านอรัญญิก จำนวน 11 แห่ง แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) นโยบายการพัฒนาด้านการท่องเที่ยวของภาครัฐยังไม่สามารถดำเนินการพัฒนาได้อย่างเต็มที่ โดยหน่วยงานภาครัฐควรมีการร่วมมือกับชาวบ้านในหมู่บ้านอรัญญิก เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปได้ตามที่มุ่งหวัง (2) ชาวบ้านในหมู่บ้านอรัญญิกยังขาดการมีส่วนร่วมและขาดความรู้ในการพัฒนาด้านการท่องเที่ยว ดังนั้น หน่วยงานภาครัฐควรจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวมาอบรมให้ความรู้แก่ชาวบ้าน (3) ผู้ประกอบการส่วนใหญ่ให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น และคนในหมู่บ้านจะรับจ้างตีมีดส่งให้กับร้านค้ามีดในหมู่บ้าน เป็นการกระจายรายได้ และมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชน (4) นักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ด้านการเดินทาง ด้านความสะอาดและการกำจัดขยะ และด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ของที่ระลึก ส่วนปัจจัยรองลงมาที่นักท่องเที่ยวมีทัศนคติว่าควรปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติม ได้แก่ ด้านความปลอดภัย ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแก่นักท่องเที่ยว ด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ด้านการบริการการท่องเที่ยว ข้อเสนอแนะจากงานวิจัย คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนโดยให้คนในหมู่บ้านมีส่วนร่วมในการรับรู้การพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวของหมู่บ้าน และควรจัดสรรงบประมาณในการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวให้มากยิ่งขึ้น

The purposes of this research were to 1) study tourism policies of Aranyik Village; 2) examine participation of villagers in tourism development; 3) find out guidelines for tourism potentiality development of Aranyik Village. The tool used in this research was questionnaire with 400 Thai tourists and 235 villagers. The statistics applied for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Also, the in-depth interview was used with two sample groups comprising four government authorities and 11 operators in Aranyik Village. Then, researcher conducted content analysis. The finding reveals that 1) government policies on tourism development have not been applied efficiently. The government authorities therefore should cooperate with villagers to achieve the policies; 2) villagers have not enough participation and knowledge about tourism development. The government authorities thus should assign experts to disseminate knowledge on tourism development to villagers; 3) most of operators have been cooperating with local authorities. Moreover, villagers make knives for knife shops in the village. This helps distributing revenue and enhancing participation of villagers; 4) most of tourists have positive attitudes to following factors: travelling, cleanness and waste management, and souvenirs. In the meantime, tourists consider that following factors should be improved: safety, facilities including food and beverages, and tourism services. The recommendations derived from this research are government authorities should promote and support participation of villagers about tourism development as well as allocate more budgets for tourism development.
